7 days in Bolivia: colonial Sucre, Potosi silver mine, Uyuni Salt Flats & Eduardo Avaroa lagoons. Independent trip. English guide. Book now.
Bolivia is more than salt flats. This seven-day journey proves it. It begins in Sucre — Bolivia’s constitutional capital and one of the best-preserved colonial cities in South America, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of whitewashed baroque architecture, cobblestone streets, and extraordinary local food. From there, the route descends into the earth at Potosi’s Cerro Rico, the silver mountain that once funded the entire Spanish Empire and still operates as an active mine today. The journey ends at the Salar de Uyuni and the dramatic landscapes of the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve. Seven days. Three of Bolivia’s most distinct and compelling destinations.
